Our time inside the office is measured in minutes, the norm in other doctor's offices is that the time we are in their offices is measured in hours. He would scream every time he was put in the car seat, even for just a five minute ride. Turns out he had a slight curvature of the spine and his hips were out of alignment. After his very first appointment, I saw a change in his attitude. For the first time, he didn’t cry on the way home. He’s a regular patient and each session seems to relax him. The office atmosphere is very relaxed and our appointments are usually quick with little wait time. The girls at the front are wonderful as well. They know each patient by name. The whole team at Light is wonderful. Dr. MacDowall has worked on 3 of my children (newborn- toddlers) me (pregnant women) and my husband. He has such a wonderful way with people and is very good at educating. My job is a variety of sitting down for long periods followed by very physically intense periods, and he has been amazing in helping keep my body where it needs to be.
